1. Cucumber Mint Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice

  • 2 cups of water

  • 1 teaspoon of organic rock sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the cucumber and mint leaves with water until smooth.

  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp.

  3. Add lime juice and sugar if desired.

  4. Serve room temp.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh coconut water
