Sirodhara & Abhyanga

Panchakarma Detox Program(3, 5, or 7 days)

Panchakarma means 5 therapeutic actions, for the purification of the Body. A full body detox program, customized diet and lifestyle, herbal oil massages (abhyanga), therapies (herbal steam), medicated bolus therapy, and other treatments, all with an intention to drain the imbalanced doshas and toxins out of the body. These practices are extremely helpful in relieving deep seated diseases as well as are beneficial for maintaining and improving physical and mental health.

Udvartana

Udvartana is a traditional Ayurvedic dry massage that involves vigorous rubbing of herbal powders (usually a mix of herbs and grains) onto the body. This treatment is designed to stimulate circulation, exfoliate the skin, and reduce excess body fat by balancing Kapha dosha. It is known to improve skin tone, detoxify the body, and help with weight management by promoting lymphatic drainage and breaking down subcutaneous fat tissue.
